Drowning on a Monday

drowningHave you ever felt stuck in a riptide of work and circumstance that has you pitching and diving? That’s been my Monday. Working on the clock. Wasting time. No writing. Haven’t hit a goal.  Drowning. The new year is starting off with a very mild and annoying cough. For me anyway. How is it for you?

  1. I have “turned inside out” in a sense. I seem to be in a reflective, contemplative mood where I am gathering thoughts, emotions and experiences for use at the birth of Spring. It is not a bad thing, it just “is”.

  2. Ahhh!! I think I’m doing the same, Allan. I’m still focusing on goals, but I seem to be reading more, meditating more and just getting caught up in the day job responsibilities. You’re right. Be in the moment. It just “is”. Thank you!
